URApp vs CONfidence

Regular drinking and toilet visits are both very important for a healthy bladder. Bladder training is a method that can help some people overcome or reduce their bladder problems. Common bladder problems include needing to wee urgently, weeing frequently and urinary incontinence. URApp is designed to support bladder training by providing reminders to drink at regular intervals throughout the day and to empty the bladder regularly. URApp also includes a diary to record daily drinking, toilet visits and other important details. Information about toilet visits and progress towards drinking goals is recorded in charts. The app features a passcode so that you make sure your details are kept personal. All data is stored on the device and is therefore kept private.

The CONfidence enables people with bladder and bowel leakage to find useful information, self-care tips and links to support - all in one place. The app was developed in collaboration between the Bristol Health Partners Bladder and Bowel Confidence (BABCON) Health Integration Team and Expert Self Care Ltd, and co-produced with public contributors, topic experts, charities and other partners.
