Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: TireView LIVE™ at free against Snap's free with in-app purchases. TireView LIVE™ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). Snap's advantage is ratings volume (768 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
