Improvement needed

App and website accesss should mirror/syncronize with each other. Hence reason for 3 stars

Snap On catalog good for finding those hard to find tools

It gives you some of the descriptions and it breaks down the prices. It doesn’t always have the pictures and the search engine isn’t the greatest if you don’t write it out exactly but I still like it a lot. It’s a great place for me to add to my wish list

Quick and easy

As a technician, the snap-on app has been an advantage with getting on the go connection with my local snap-on representative.

“oh Snap” is the only thing I see on this garbage app!!!!

How can snap on that sells overpriced tools have such a horrible app?! It NEVER works!!! Every time I open the app. Guess what? “OH SNAP SOMETHING WENT WRONG” and it never loads!!! Such a trash app!

The best

My father introduced snap on to me 10yrs ago. I only this for the reliability and quality.

Can’t Login

Something has changed and I can no longer log in. It says to reset your password, but that also doesn’t work. I can login on the website just find. It’s just the app that’s broken.

Oh Snap

“Something went wrong” can no longer view my accounts or make payments

35 years memory reminder

the wish list I can keep tracking of stuff that I need constantly have something for my tool distributor

Good tool to have

When you go on the truck and Want to know the price of something, Just pop the part number in and it will tell you. No more asking your dealer how much this and that costs, just
look it up yourself. It also Allows you to easily look up and give your dealer part numbers to order for things that you need which will saves you and your dealer time.

App bugged

This thing does not let you register nor log in to you’re profile

App doesn’t work

App would be great if it would let you view promotions. Hasn’t worked in months

Constantly bugging out

I liked the app when it worked but now it constantly says oh snap something wrong, you can see the information behind the oh snap screen just so it still there but it’s unusable unfortunately, now I can’t spend my money on snap on🤷🏻‍♂️

Greatest tools

Love the tools! Just bought my first roll cart in cranberry!

Fix the catalog

The tool catalog does not show all the tools available for purchase. Makes it hard to plan purchases to build my toolbox and replace older tools

Snap-on fixes

Bugs need to be fixed and updated can’t even look at my account.

Can’t even complete registration because the developers don’t have a clue what they are doing!

Apparently your dev team hasn’t tested the registration process themselves. Just keeps directing you back to the App Store instead of opening the app that is already installed! Apparently the most expensive tool brand in the world uses the cheapest developers in the world!

Can’t register

Trying to register and every time I hit the verification in the email it takes me to my iPhone apps download not back to the Snap-on app so I can register. Maybe make sure your app works before putting it out

American tools that they won’t warranty

I have bought plenty of snap on and I have broken tools that they don’t want to warranty stop buying before it happens to you

Bad

The Matco app is 1000 times better. You can’t even order online or send tools to the dealer like the Matco.
