Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: No Zero Days at none against RoutineFlow's 9. No Zero Days also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 61%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). RoutineFlow's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 47). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RoutineFlow sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. No Zero Days asks for nothing beyond the download.
RoutineFlow holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoutineFlow has 2.4K ratings behind it against 47, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of No Zero Days's written reviews are positive against 61% of RoutineFlow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
No Zero Days ships an update fortnightly, RoutineFlow every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
