Westfield Connect is a mobile app that allows you to easily report non-emergency issues in town -- including potholes, park and tree maintenance, sidewalks, and street lights. This app uses GPS to recognize the location of your request and also allows you to upload pictures or videos to provide more detail. Once submitted, you'll be able to track the progress of your request as it is routed through the Department of Public Works for resolution. Westfield Connect equips residents with a new and interactive way to report common quality-of-life conditions that are part of living and working in Town.
