Use this App to: - View your Account Balance - Top Up your Account - Manage your Vehicles and Tags - Manage subscriptions to Mobility Services (Parking, Speed Alerts, etc.) - Report and View Potholes (online and offline) - View and Download Statements, Invoices and Receipts - View and Download Transaction Details - View your account and profile details - Update Your Contact Details - Reset your Mobility Account password - Log an Enquiry - Easily Contact SANRAL customer services - Login with your ABT Travel card and top up your ABT anonymous account - Register your Travel Card into your Mobility Account - Manage your Travel Cards (after you register a Mobility Account) Please note that if you already have a SANRAL account you don't have to register again to use this App, simply use your existing credentials to log in (the same details you would use for the SANRAL website). Should you not remember your password, you can reset it from the App main screen using the Password Recovery feature. In case you don't remember your ClientId, Username, or registered Email, please contact the Call Centre: 0800 726 725 Before using the new feature to report Potholes offline, make sure you have logged in successfully to the App at least once. This is for the App to remember your details and capture the Potholes locally on your device associated with your profile. Once your device is connected again (to any network, mobile, or Wi-Fi), the App will automatically upload in the background the Potholes that were captured while online. Allow a few minutes for the new Potholes to be displayed on the "My Reports" menu.

Our Driver App allows Cartrack customers to empower their teams with a safety and privacy tool that works with them. Drivers now have control over: Privacy mode: enable visibility for fleet managers when they are in business hours and disable visibility when they are using the vehicle for private use. Safety and eco scoring: understand how they can improve their driving behaviour to improve their road safety and reduce their eco impact. Drivers will see their events for speeding, harsh braking, harsh accelerating, harsh cornering and idling so that they know what behaviour they need to focus on changing. Teams can also compete by seeing their overall ranking for safety and eco-efficiency against their peers.
