Dashboard • The dashboard is your starting point for all CIC eLounge activities. Processing transactions, following the market, tracking portfolio performance, looking at the latest movements on your account – the dashboard gives you an overview of everything that’s important. Payments • Handle payments quickly and easily with the payment assistant • Just scan your QR-bills conveniently with your smartphone and pay directly in the app. The “Upload” and “Share” functions are available for QR-bills in electronic format. • The integration of eBill means that you receive all invoices directly on your smartphone or tablet and can approve them for payment in just a few seconds. Assets • See the performance of your assets and get detailed information about your investments at a glance. • All movements and bookings are available in real time. Investments and retirement provision • In the investment overview, you’ll find up-to-date information about your portfolio and see the performance of your investments. You can also see all individual positions and transactions, with detailed information • Doing your stock exchange transactions is quick and easy with the CIC eLounge app. Markets and watch list • The market overview gives you access to comprehensive information, trends and news concerning the most important stock markets. • You can keep an eye on what’s happening in the markets and get detailed information about individual securities and investment vehicles. • The efficient search engine makes it easy to find suitable investments. • Add your favourites to your personal watch list and set up price alarms to ensure you don’t miss out on any trading or investment opportunities. Documents • With the CIC eLounge app, your bank statements, contracts and correspondence are also available on your mobile device. Opening products • You can open additional products in the CIC eLounge app in just a few clicks. After a few minutes, you’ll see the new account/portfolio in your CIC eLounge. Messages • Communicate directly with your relationship manager securely and confidentially in the CIC eLounge app. Individual settings • You yourself decide from what amount payments to new beneficiaries have to be additionally confirmed. • You can also apply monthly transfer limits and define individual settings. • Entering a change of address in the CIC eLounge app is simple and straightforward. Secure login The CIC eLounge app also serves as your digital identification for accessing CIC eLounge on the web. Simply confirm access on your smartphone for easy and secure login via the web browser. PREREQUISITE: You need a registration code (OTRC) to link your debit card or TWINT account to the app. You will receive the OTRC code from your bank. IMPORTANT: SIX will never ask you to disclose your card or login details via email, phone or SMS. Once successfully registered, you can benefit from the new digital features associated with your debit card or use security-related TWINT functions. The app ensures maximum security through hardened native app frameworks and 2-factor biometric authentication methods. Easy and secure online purchases: - Authorize online purchases using the secure 3D Secure procedure directly in the app. - Using biometrics, you can approve 3D Secure payments even more easily. - Debit card not at hand right now to make an online payment? No problem, look up your card details directly in the app. Keep an eye on your debit card transactions: - Overview of all debit card transactions in the last 100 days and max. 200 transactions (more account transactions can be found in your e-Banking). - Debit card transactions are immediately displayed to you as a push notification. - Set limits for push notifications Keep track of and manage your digital debit cards: - Shows which online provider or wallet your debit card is digitally deposited with. - You can block and unblock the digitally deposited debit card or delete it altogether. - An existing subscription is not affected by a block or cancellation. The merchant cannot make a charge to a blocked or deleted digital debit card and no transaction can be made at the payment wallet. - Give your debit card a name to better distinguish it from the others. - Look up the details of the debit card directly in the app if you don't have the physical card at hand. Mobile Payments - Did you know you can also use your debit card to make contactless payments with your smartphone? - Deposit your debit card from the app directly into the payment wallet on your device if your bank is setup for it. - Pay at all NFC terminals worldwide without opening the app for it. Card settings: - You can use the card settings to influence online shopping, cash withdrawals at ATMs, transactions to gambling & betting or contactless payment (if your bank is enabled for it). - Give your debit card a name in your card settings. This helps especially if you have multiple debit cards. - Remove individual debit cards from the app in your card's settings if needed. Please note that you will need a new OTRC code from your bank if you want to register the debit card in the app again. - Look up the debit card details directly in the app if you don't have the physical card handy. - Change your debit card PIN directly in the app. For a virtual debit card, the PIN is active immediately. If you have a physical debit card, you need to use the new PIN to withdraw money once at ATMs (not Postomats) or to make a balance inquiry so that you can pay in stores with the PIN. TWINT: Link your TWINT account to the debiX+ app to confirm the execution of security-critical TWINT functions (e.g., re-registration or the authorization of certain payments). NOTE: debiX+ works for Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard cardholders from selected banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and for TWINT accounts from selected banks in Switzerland.
