Welcome to peace of mind, powered by Ting — one app with two ways to help protect your family and home from electrical problems. Pair with the sensor and service for proven electrical fire prevention, or use the free app for real-time power outage alerts. Ting helps stop electrical fires before they start through a smart sensor that detects tiny sparks and micro-arcs in wiring, outlets, devices, appliances, or even from the power coming into your home. If a fire hazard is detected, Ting coordinates a licensed electrician to fix it, with up to $1,000 in covered repair costs. Already trusted by over 1 million homes, Ting is proven to prevent 4 out of 5 electrical fires bringing safety and peace of mind to families everywhere. Ting also keeps you prepared and informed with real-time power outage alerts and an interactive power outage map for your neighborhood — a free benefit available to everyone, with or without the sensor. DriveDossier is the memory layer for buying and owning a car. Every tool helps you find a car. Nothing helps you keep the cars straight once you're standing in the driveway with the dealer's paperwork in your hand. DriveDossier begins there. FIELD MODE Tap once to start a visit. Then the app is a camera and a microphone. Photograph the car, the odometer, the VIN plate, the window sticker, the sales worksheet, the Carfax printout. Hold the mic and talk: "brakes done last year, no invoice, faint vibration at 65." No forms. No typing. Import photos from your library too. THE DOCUMENT ENGINE DriveDossier reads dealer paperwork so you never retype it. Built on Google's Gemini, it classifies each photo, extracts the numbers, and files them with the right car. Then DriveDossier checks the work in code: the VIN's check digit, the dealer's own arithmetic line by line, and every add-on that isn't tax, title, or registration. Doc fees over $500 get flagged. Math that doesn't add up gets flagged. You confirm every field before it's saved. STUDY MODE That evening, open the visit. Fields filled, discrepancies highlighted, out-the-door price computed. The Briefing tells you what's worth noticing in plain sentences: the gap between sale price and out-the-door, the negotiable total, open recalls, what's still unchecked on your inspection list. GARAGE AND COMPARE Every car you visit gets a dossier. The VIN is the car's identity: a second visit to the same car lands in the same dossier, never a duplicate. Photograph a page of handwritten shopping notes and every car on it becomes a candidate. Compare candidates side by side with real out-the-door numbers, not listing prices. CALL THE DEALER Each dossier holds the dealer's number. One tap opens the dialer. After you buy, the same button becomes "Call your service center." I BOUGHT IT One button turns a candidate into your car. No re-entry. The dossier keeps growing for as long as you own it. WHAT WE DON'T DO No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Your dossiers live on your phone. Photos are sent once to our document-reading service to be read, then the results return to your device; we don't store them. Personal information detected on paperwork is flagged. AI reads. DriveDossier verifies. You decide. Free. Built by Ultra-Normal LLC. For heroes of daily life.
