The clearest difference is rating: ATPGems at 5.0 against My NRG's 3.6. My NRG's advantage is ratings volume (46 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ATPGems holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My NRG has 46 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
