Slowest app ever

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m about to cancel my plans with them because of their app. It is so slow and crashes all of the time. Maybe they should spend a little more on what their customers use.

Terrible

Their app is terrible, as well as any promotion is a scam, I signed up through Lowe’s, and never got any promotional gift card so beware.

Useless

With the amount of emails, the app barely works. It was also stated that if you download the app you would receive a new thermostat to use with your NRG service. I deleted the app and I’m going to find a new supplier. Bye NRG

Good App

App works! Got a free Google Nest for downloading it. Intro pricing was good but goes back up after 12 months.

I can’t even log. The feedback option won’t accept comments. Total fail. I don’t have time to horse around with this.

Won’t let me login.

App is useless. I registered my account, and received the confirmation email. I tried logging in but the app won’t let me. I’ve reset the password a few times since it keeps giving an error saying that the password username combination is wrong.
