Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: GameSir at 2.5 against Ultimate Software V2's 1.4. GameSir also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 72) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
GameSir holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GameSir has 1.2K ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 11% and 11% positive.
GameSir ships an update every 3 weeks, Ultimate Software V2 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
