Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dynamic Pursuit at 4.9 against Apotheo's 4.0. Dynamic Pursuit also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 60%) and ratings volume (45 vs 5). Apotheo's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
