Straight forward
APP is straight forward and easy to follow/use. Video explanations for EVERY movement. There is a substitution movement if you are lacking any equipment. Built in timer, tracks everything, no complaints. Love the ease of use.
AWESOME app
This is seriously the best. My gym has horrible service and as long as I start it before I enter it still stays going and working, which is awesome. The enter previous stats is phenomenal too, no need to keep track. The videos and subs offered for each movement make it so easy, too!

Dynamic Pursuit Training App
I’ve been using this app since implementation and it is stellar! I LOVE IT!!! I love having all of my training, mobility, core and more in one place. I do miss pencil and pad…but don’t miss carrying it around everywhere. 👏🏻
