IHH WOS is a service provided by IHH SG Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to provide a platform for raising work requests on the go. Key Features: - Work requests can be raised to functions namely Facilities Management (FM), Environmental Services (ES), Bio-Medical Engineer (BME) and Security. - Work Requests can be raised in less than 1 minute - Option to attach photos or videos, taken on the spot or load up from Photo Gallery - Ease of reporting on near miss cases - Status of work requests can be tracked real-time at every stage from start to completion - Performance rating (optional) can be awarded for completed work request based on the quality of service rendered
