School Sorted is a school-life organiser for busy families. It helps you keep track of what each child needs for tomorrow, without relying on memory, WhatsApp messages, paper letters, or a generic calendar app. Built for families with primary school children, School Sorted gives you one clear place for recurring routines, one-off school events, reminders, and everyday prep. Use School Sorted to manage: • PE days • swimming days • after-school clubs • packed lunches • reading books • non-uniform days • school trips • parents’ evenings • forms and payment deadlines • inset days and special events Key features • Create profiles for each child • Add recurring school routines • Track one-off events and deadlines • Set reminders for evening prep or school mornings • Add checklists for kit, forms, and essentials • Use Tomorrow view to see what each child needs next • Use Week view for a simple school-week planner • Import school calendar events from a public ICS feed • Share visibility with family members using Pro household viewer access Why parents use School Sorted Most school stress is not about big things. It is about small details being scattered everywhere. One child needs PE kit tomorrow. Another has swimming. There is a trip payment due, a reading book to return, and a non-uniform day on Friday. School Sorted is designed to make that manageable. Instead of trying to remember everything, you can check tomorrow in seconds and get the important bits sorted before the morning rush. Free and Pro The free plan is ideal for getting organised with one child. Pro unlocks unlimited children and household sharing, so other family members can stay in the loop with read-only access. If you want a calmer way to manage school routines, school reminders, and school calendar events, School Sorted is built for exactly that.
