Real Assist is an AR-based Remote Assistance Cross-Platform solution that enables the enterprise to leverage efficient, schedule-based and AR-enabled capabilities with live annotations for providing remote and virtual support. Real Assist supports three roles 1. Host/ Operator who shares camera feed and receives support, 2. The instructor who provides virtual support and augments rich contents on real-time feed received 3. A spectator who participates in session as a viewer without any controls. Real Assist is equipped with more than 16 different animated 3D annotations to provide highly interactive capabilities for remote support or assistance. Each annotation control can be disposed of automatically after its rendered or can stay on screen as long as the instructor would like to.
