A daily practice for becoming who you say you are. On iPhone Duo it opens like a journal: your statement on the left page, the day's proof of it gathering on the right. Your brain has a filter. It decides what you notice, and right now it's running on beliefs you didn't choose. Just Become is how you change it: declare who you're becoming, charge it each morning, and catch the moments that prove it. THE PRACTICE 1. DECLARE: Write one Becoming Statement, an identity in the present tense: "I am someone who..." 2. CHARGE: Every morning, press and hold your statement and watch it warm to gold. A few seconds in your first week, building to twenty seconds as the weeks go on. Then take it into your day. Stand your Duo up like a laptop and the statement keeps the top half to itself. 3. CAPTURE: When a moment matches who you said you are, write it in one sentence. Its star flies up to your statement and joins your constellation. On the Duo held like a book, the star crosses the fold and the moment settles onto today's page. 4. REFLECT: Each night, the Mirror reads your moments back to you in your own words and shows you the pattern you can't see from inside your day. Then it hands you tomorrow's signal: one specific thing to watch for. Make it a plan in your own words, and it waits under your statement in the morning. On the Duo held sideways, tonight's reflection and your constellation share a page, with the day's moments facing them. THE IDEA What you decide to look for, you start to notice. Declare an identity, rehearse it with feeling each morning, and the moments that match it get easier to see. If you've read Dispenza or Goddard, this is the daily practice to go with the books. WHAT YOU'LL NOTICE • Your evidence becomes a constellation. Every capture is a star, and the sky only grows. On hard days, you can look up at a sky made of your own proof. • Beliefs crack under your own evidence. Name a limiting belief. As your captures contradict it, it visibly cracks, until the night it shatters for good. • Your record talks back. When tonight's moment echoes one from weeks ago, the Mirror shows you the thread. • Reflections are written on your device. There are no accounts, and nothing you write is sent to us or anyone else. Your practice syncs privately through your own iCloud. • No chatbot, no streaks, no guilt. There is nothing to chat with and nothing to keep up. The app watches quietly and speaks once a day. • A room for hard days. The Ground offers four quiet paths for mornings that feel heavy, one tap away. • Capture with Siri. Say "Capture a moment in Just Become", or put it on the Action button, and the app opens ready to write. • A sky that keeps time with yours. The light shifts from pre-dawn through night, and widgets keep your statement on the Lock Screen and Home Screen. THE WHOLE PRACTICE IS FREE Free: the complete practice. Declare, charge, capture without limits, and receive your reflection every night, plus tomorrow's signal, your beliefs cracking under evidence, and your first-week Shift. Become (subscription): the deeper reading. Richer nightly prose on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, milestone Shifts at days 14, 30, 60 and 90, the PROOF ledger of your strongest traits, every spotlight lens, and the full session library. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Become renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. You've read the books. You know the idea. This is the practice. Just Become.
