Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MAXPRO Fit at 3.2 against Smartduvet's 1.6. MAXPRO Fit also leads on review sentiment (35% vs 20%) and ratings volume (113 vs 14). Smartduvet's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
