RePT is a minimalistic app for logging your progress in the gym. It was mainly built upon a Reverse Pyramid Training routine written by Martin Berkhan. But after a lot of feedback, I decided to make it more customizable. You are free to customize RePT to work with whatever routine you want! RePT includes some really sweet features such as: Workout Logging Workout Timer Notifications Warmup Helper Workout Rules and Patterns Plate Calculation Exercise Notes AMRAP (As many reps as possible) .. and more to come! If you want to read about the RPT protocol that the included routine is based on you should give the leangains site a visit: https://leangains.com/reverse-pyramid-training-guide/ Thanks for using RePT!

Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Sensorium at Free against RePT's $15.99. RePT's advantage is ratings volume (124 vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Sensorium is free to download; RePT costs $15.99 up front. RePT sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Sensorium sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Sensorium holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RePT has 124 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
RePT ships an update monthly, Sensorium every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
