The clearest difference is review sentiment: OBHS App at 100% against Bluebook Exams's 13%. OBHS App also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.4) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks). Bluebook Exams's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 20). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
