About

Keyway

Keyway turns every real estate transaction into a live timeline your clients check themselves — so you stop answering "what's happening with my closing?" CREATE A DEAL IN UNDER A MINUTE Address autocomplete, self-formatting phone fields, and a closing-date picker. The moment you hit create, your client gets a private timeline link by text and email — no app or login needed on their side. UPDATES THAT SEND THEMSELVES Tap a milestone done and everyone in the deal hears about it automatically — your client in their language (English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Polish, or Bengali), the lender and the listing agent in English. Quiet hours and rate limits are built in, and recurring texts flow only after each person opts in by replying YES. THE WHOLE DEAL, IN THE LOOP Lenders get a one-tap link for their own steps. Listing agents get a read-only status page. When underwriting asks for more, one note from the lender reaches every timeline at once — and you get a push notification. BUILT FOR TEAMS Join your brokerage with an invite from your broker. Brokers get a dashboard of every deal — on track, waiting on the lender, or gone quiet — plus adoption analytics. Made a mistake? Undo within 15 minutes and no correction text is ever sent. Keyway is for real estate professionals. An account with a Keyway brokerage workspace is required.
