About

Finite

Features

Block distracting apps and websites, and pause before you unlock. Your time is finite. Any blocker installed by the phone owner can also be disabled, worked around, or deleted. Finite starts with that truth. Instead of pretending your phone can make the choice for you, Finite creates a deliberate moment between the impulse to open an app and the decision to continue. Breathe. Remember why you installed Finite. Read the personal reason you wrote when you decided you wanted something different. Then face the only person who can ultimately choose what happens next: yourself. THE HOURGLASS Finite's memento mori Life Timer shows your chosen lifespan as weeks lived and weeks ahead. Those weeks are engraved into the hourglass at the center of the app. It is not a prediction. It is perspective. Green marks the time you chose to protect. Red marks the deliberate path toward unlocking. The hourglass keeps one truth visible: your time is moving, whether you notice it or not. A DIFFERENT KIND OF APP BLOCKER Choose the apps, categories, and websites that take more time than you want to give. Lock them now or on a schedule with Apple's Screen Time tools. When you ask to return, Finite brings back your reason and asks you to pause. You can complete a 5-to-60-second hold for a short unlock. You can also put the phone down and keep it locked. Finite does not claim to make distraction impossible. It helps you remember the part of yourself that wanted freedom from it. BUILT AROUND YOUR CHOICE - Block selected apps, categories, and websites. - Create scheduled or always-on protection. - Write your own private reason for using Finite. - Pause before requesting a target-specific unlock. - Review unlocks, unlock time, average length, and times kept locked. - Use Gentle Mode when you want protection without lifespan visuals. - Keep a small Life Left widget where you can see it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your birthday, chosen age, personal reason, selections, schedules, and Finite activity stay on your iPhone. No account. No ads. No third-party tracking. Finite records only unlocks made through Finite. It does not monitor your complete phone activity. DESIGNED WITH INTENTION Designed by a Licensed Psychologist-Master. Finite uses a deliberate pause to reconnect you with your own reason before you choose what happens next. Finite is a wellbeing and productivity tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, a medical device, or mental health treatment. It does not predict lifespan. HONEST ABOUT LIMITS iOS always lets the owner of an iPhone change Screen Time permission, remove protection, or uninstall an app. Finite adds meaningful friction, not an unbreakable barrier. You always remain in control. FINITE PRO Finite Pro includes unlimited schedules and selections, Strict Mode, full Stats history, and premium visual finishes. Eligible purchases support Family Sharing when enabled in the purchaser's Apple Account settings. Choose monthly, annual with a 7-day free trial for eligible Apple Accounts, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Account Settings. You cannot lock time away forever. But you can choose what deserves it. Terms: https://minzystudios.com/finite/terms/ Privacy: https://minzystudios.com/finite/privacy/
