Paceform answers one question: where am I against my plan? Just run with your Apple Watch. Your plan and what you actually did meet in a single table. The verdict is honest — did the tempo run cover its main set, did the long run cover its distance? Coach notes open with the number that decided it, and nothing is dressed up in either direction. ■ It reaches your wrist The next 7 days are scheduled into Apple's Workout app on your Apple Watch. Start from your wrist without taking out your phone, and the watch guides pace and heart rate through each block. Finished runs are marked complete. Finish a run and your wrist shows completion and analysis on the spot — against the plan, and against your recent runs of the same type. Moments later iPhone computes the verdict in the background and fills in the coach's observations. You never have to take your phone out. Your watch refreshes itself around midnight, so today's session is there in the morning even if you never open your phone. ■ The weather decides with you Rain, snow, heat, and wind are read from the forecast where you actually are. On a hard day we don't just warn — we ask: move it to another day, swap it indoors, rest today, or run it anyway. Swap it indoors and a bike or treadmill session counts as that day's training. ■ Features · Four tabs: Today · Plan · Growth · Log · Training plans: the AI coach builds one around your goal, your body and your injury history — or import a plan you already have as CSV. You can start without a race, too · Honest verdicts: completed / partial / missed, judged on the session blocks your watch recorded, a Plan | Actual | Delta table, weekly and monthly completion rates · Coach notes and Ask the coach: every day starting from the number that decided it — and ask anything when you're unsure · Race day: target pace, heart-rate cap, segments, fuel and the forecast on one card; afterwards, the forecast beside the result · Weekly wrap and the Log tab: page through weeks and months as cards; past records stay exactly as they were · Growth: race-time forecast, VDOT trend, efficiency, cadence, second-half drift · Rescheduling: move sessions for weather, travel or injury, and count cross-training in place of a run · Body: condition from heart rate and sleep, with verdicts eased on days below your baseline · Race results: import as CSV or from a certificate photo; PBs and trends analysed for you · Widgets and complications: today's session on the Lock Screen, Home Screen and watch face · Choose the app language right in Settings (한국어 · English · 日本語) — widgets and your watch follow it ■ Paceform Pro Start with 7 days free. Unlocks training from your wrist (sessions scheduled into Apple's Workout app 7 days ahead), 30 coach questions a day, reading plans and race certificates from a photo, adding a race from its brochure photo, your runs in the iPhone Calendar, and free layout on share cards. ■ These stay free Coach notes with no limit, and 8 coach questions a day — with no time limit. Every verdict and metric, the Growth charts, load warnings, CSV import and manual entry, weather-based adjustments, widgets, and the watch app's today view and complications. ■ Privacy first No account. Health data never leaves your device. GPS routes and raw heart-rate samples are never transmitted. Turning the AI coach on sends only training summary numbers, your injury history and the questions you ask the coach (nothing is stored after the answer); with it off, everything runs on the device — even in airplane mode. Best used with an Apple Watch, or any device that records your running workouts. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
