Instead of being an employee of the school, you work for yourself. As an independent contractor, you can sub when you want and where you want. It’s like Uber for substitute teaching. In the same way that ride-share drivers use Uber to accept ride requests, you use the Tagg platform to receive daily substitute teaching opportunities that interest you. You can choose what grade and subjects you would like to teach as well as when you are available. Adjust your preferences whenever you want!
