Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ELOQUII at 3.9 against DOONAILS's 2.5. ELOQUII also leads on ratings volume (576 vs 31). DOONAILS's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 27%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ELOQUII holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ELOQUII has 576 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of ELOQUII's written reviews are positive against 45% of DOONAILS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ELOQUII ships an update fortnightly, DOONAILS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
