Could be better
I like the app for shopping and tracking my order, but after the most recent update it defaulted to German. I was able to navigate over to the language selection, and at first I thought English wasn’t an option, but it turns out it is, it’s just that the countries and languages are also listed in German.

Update took away English Version
I created an account and had my cart ready. Had to wait a few days - made me do an update and now I need Rosetta Stone to place an order
Not in English
Can we not order if we don’t speak English? I ordered before but when I updated, English went away. Please send an email (in English) to your current customers to explain. Hopefully it was an oversight.
English to German
I've used the app for about 5-6 weeks, placed 3 orders successfully. It was in English but now it made me update and it's in German. I cannot figure out how to change the language... Help!

As a dev….I know yall gonna get a lot of backlash but come on you guys forgot to keep supporting english 😩. I’m waiting on my order but hoping this will be a fix that comes out soon!!

No English App
Placed an order a week or so ago. Downloaded the app to monitor. All seemed on track for a few days. Opened the app yesterday…all in German. Same today so I deleted to re-load. Only German in the App Store so I won’t re-load it.
English Version?
I downloaded the app, ordered, now I go back into the app and English isn’t listed as a language anymore. A little hard to get back into your order…deleting the app for now.
Translation
You have to infer where to go, but under account (the person picture) there is a country & language option (looks like an old internet globe) you can choose your country, (in German) and then your language and it will reset. Is it annoying? Absolutely! But there is a fix. Hopefully developers realize the issue on the back end soon.

No English option
What happened? Before they have English language on the app. And today for their 6 year Birthday. I opened it and it’s all in different languages and when I logged in my info is not there. But logging in to the website is fine.
No English language!
I ordered once from this app as a guest. It had English at that time. I tried to use the app a few days later and it said I must update to use the app, which I did. Now, the English language is no longer listed. The app is all in German, I believe. I haven’t received my order yet, but without English being listed, I cannot reorder if I like them. I’m deleting the app for now.

Cannot use app
Update does not sense what language the device is in. And there is no place to change to English or to dollars vs euros. Bad design.

Es wird immer schlechter!!!
Seit Anfang des Jahres komme ich nicht mehr in meinen Club Bereich in der App und kann somit meine Punkte nicht sehen oder einlösen! Genauso ist es bei meinen Bestellungen! Ständig stürzt die App ab oder es kommen Fehlermeldungen. Auch gerade wieder wo ich eine Nachricht über die App geschrieben habe. Statt die zu senden bekomme ich schon wieder eine Fehlermeldung! Arbeitet endlich dran und reagiert mal, sonst geh ich zur Konkurrenz! :(

Trotz Update nicht einwandfrei
Leider lässt sich der Warenkorb überhaupt nicht bearbeiten, selbst nach mehrmaligen schließen der App bleiben die gelöschten Sachen drin. Keine Ahnung ob es daran liegt, dass einem ab einem gewissen Wert ein Geschenk versprochen wird, dass es gar nicht mehr gibt, und er sich deshalb aufhängt? Sehr schade, so kann man leider nicht unbekümmert shoppen.

Tolle Nägel
Ich nutze die Press on gels aber mit Nagelkleber. Sie lassen sich mit dem Remove und dem extra Liquid sehr einfach ablösen und die Haltbarkeit beträgt circa vier Wochen.

Warenkorb nicht editierbar
Leider können beim Auswählen eines PressOn-Bundles die Option „3 Farben“ auf dem Handy nicht ausgewählt werden. Irrtümlich in den Warenkorb gelegte Artikel können nicht mehr gelöscht werden.
