Disappointed after so many years of using this app…
This app, is not it. Wouldn’t even give it a star if I could. The app does not work how they might have been expecting it to. Every time I put stuff in my basket, I go away and come back to add more, I find that my basket has been emptied. This is so frustrating because now, you cannot even favourite anything. Or have a list. At least when it was favourited, I knew that I could quickly add whatever I wanted from my favourites.
Recently I’ve attempted three times to add to my basket, coming back to find it empty again and again, puts me off shopping at beauty pie. I have always loved their products but I’m thinking of seeking alternatives to their products.

Irritating glitches
Over the past few weeks it has logged me out frequently and emptied my basket after less than a day. ‘Favourites’ have also disappeared. This is rubbish. Please fix.
Pretty good
The app works pretty good, but wish my cart didn’t empty so fast. I wish when I added items to my cart they would stay in there either until I remove them, buy them or the item is not available and has to be removed. So annoying having to re-add items over and over.
Great products. Terrible app
Why does my basket keep emptying?! You used to be able to add items you needed to the basket and it would hold them until you were ready to order. Now it empties if you navigate away from the app. This makes for a very frustrating shopping experience and I’ve put off ordering multiple times now as it’s so inconvenient to have to add them all again. Surely this is losing BP money?

Why remove perfectly good and very useful functions with an update?? The old app was so easy for me to find my favourites, add to my basket as I go along and now that’s all gone! Why? No favourites and empties the basket. Please sort it out BP 🙏
