Great products. Terrible app
Why does my basket keep emptying?! You used to be able to add items you needed to the basket and it would hold them until you were ready to order. Now it empties if you navigate away from the app. This makes for a very frustrating shopping experience and I’ve put off ordering multiple times now as it’s so inconvenient to have to add them all again. Surely this is losing BP money?

Why remove perfectly good and very useful functions with an update?? The old app was so easy for me to find my favourites, add to my basket as I go along and now that’s all gone! Why? No favourites and empties the basket. Please sort it out BP 🙏
Needs Improvement
Missing the favorites and wish list. Nothing I save in the cart lasts anymore so I have no way of holding onto things I’ve researched if I’m not purchasing immediately. App needs attention.
Basket doesn’t save - very annoying
I just put about six things in my basket, stepped away a moment to do something, and when I reopened the app it had gone. And what happened to favourites?! The old app was fine and BP must be losing money by making it harder to buy from them. Please sort it out.
Good Products, Terrible App
I love Beauty Pie products but the latest update to the app is dreadful. They’ve taken away the wish list so I no longer know what I was keeping an eye on to purchase next. They also clear the basket after a short time, which is really annoying.
Come on Beauty Pie, sort it out. The shopping experience is important to the customer.
