Annoying app
Nice products but I now don’t seem to be able to see my favourites or save anything to them. And if I exit the app with stuff in my basket to come back to later, it empties my basket. Really frustrating.
Update is worse
I put things in my basket for when I can afford them and now they just disappear.
Where are my favourites?!
All the products I’d saved for when I had the money have now all disappeared. And I’ve forgotten all the research I did. Not sure it’s now worth the hassle now they’ve removed this feature. I’m considering whether to renew when it’s due given there are a lot of other options out there.
The update is terrible
Please revert back to the old app. It no longer has favourite products and is a massive downgrade in the shopping experience. Questioning if I should renew as everything seems to be going downhill. Products are often out of stock and they discontinued amazing things.
Terrible customer service
Products really good, customer service is horrendous. No real person to speak to, had to go through PayPal to get a refund as there was no option to cancel the order. Chat bot was useless. Recent app update has removed all features that were useful. This is letting down the brand, rethinking whether I still want to use this brand.

Awful update
Please put the app back to how it was. So many features lost and isn’t syncing up with website either. Monthly offers not showing. No wishlist. No skincare quiz with recommended products. Just terrible!
App update ruined the experience
The app was recently updated and now the experience is absolutely terrible. The items don’t stay in the cart once you close the app and all the items I loved are not showing anymore. I wish there was a way to go to the previous version.
Bring back the password login!
They’ve updated the way we log into the app, and now I cannot get my PIN to be recognized. Hard to buy product when I cannot use my account!!!!
No favorites?
What happened to my wishlist/favorites list? I always liked to save and organize the things I wanted, it makes it so much easier to shop for me. I don’t like that this was taken away! Seems like a weird thing to get rid of. Im also really not a fan of Shopify, and don’t like them having my information. I love the products & have been a member for 3 years now, but not liking the new changes so far. Unfortunately.

Can’t login
New update sends code for login and says it’s not valid. Tried multiple times and can’t get in.

I love beauty pie and their products are amazing BUT the new app upgrade is appalling.
They’ve removed the wish list (and everything I’d listed) and removed the “notify me” for out of stock items.
I fedback but got a patronising AI response telling me to write things on my wish list down…

Not sure about the new app
Unfortunately, the new version doesn’t have a favorites section, which I personally find very useful to keep track of all the products you like, and don’t necessarily want to buy every time. Also, I lost the cart that I had filled and was going to purchase.
Where are my favourites?!?!

The app is a breeze to use, and delivery tracking makes it a must have! Love that I can keep tracking of promos and launches in the Inbox, too!

I really enjoy beauty pie products been a fan of the tubing mascara, I got rid of all my eyeshadow pallets and now use the color stick shadows! Keep it up!!
I’M OUT!
No, I won’t be renewing my membership. Why? Because once you’re out of stock of a good item, chances are you have no intention of getting more. For months I saw “waiting on new stock” for several of the items I like and use, BUT now there’s no photo or “waiting on new stock”, so count me out! A week before Black Friday and you’re attempting to give away garbage products that are easily replaced with cheaper K-Beauty products that perform better than the so called “luxury” products you’re attempting to give away. NO THANK YOU!
