Breathe Easy Aviary is a breathing app themed on the birdlife of Australia. Built for stress relief, resilience, better sleep, and building a steady practice. Choose from seven well-known techniques, each with a short guide explaining how and why it works: • Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) • 4-7-8 Breathing (4-7-8) • Resonance Breathing (5-5) • Cyclic Sighing, studied for its mood-boosting effects • Ujjayi Breath, the traditional 'ocean breath' used in yoga • Buteyko Breathing, to improve CO2 tolerance • Cyclic Hyperventilation, an advanced practice with rapid breaths, a retention hold, and a guided integration period Every session can be guided by a soothing voice or a simple metronome, with optional backing music. Set a daily practice reminder or a gentle wind-down cue before bed, and let sessions auto-stop after a set time — or just breathe until you're ready to stop. Completed sessions can be synced to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, and an anonymous, opt-in world map shows where the Breathe Easy community is practicing, without ever identifying you individually. Breathe Easy Plus unlocks every breathing pattern and an extended music soundtrack. Terms of Use: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/d5136f03-5e57-4a44-a7c8-1c04383aa123#terms
