Since taking over management from the Ymca things have gone downhill. The pool is not as clean. Access is limited because of school carnivals and learned to swim classes.
The variety of classes is rather limited and repetition becomes boring. But what’s more The organisation is not interested in trying to address any of its deficiencies.

10/10 would use again
Terrible
My gym has started using this app and it’s terrible. I want to view and book classes across different venues and there is no way to easily save your favourite venues and you have to search through a very long list of venues each time you want to look at another gym. The class search and filter functions are awful.
Needs a major upgrade. Make more like MINDBODY!

Sub par app
Too many clicks to book a class.
The worst “feature” is for changing centres. You have to spin through which takes ages instead of being able to type in a few letters to find your centre. The placement is also bad, I end up with the short screen. So frustrating!

Stop fiddling with it
It’ll work perfectly fine til it gets updated and then you can’t use anything. Stop making unnecessary changes I had access to my account until you did this and now I can’t!
Not able to reschedule
When I try to look at my schedule - get this message - the GET method is not supported for this route. Suggested method: POST. After that nothing works

Clunky hopeless app. You can’t even save your payment details and it is so antiquated and hard to use . You can’t even view multiple centers that you might be signed up to without signing out and back in. The app is pathetic
Terrible
What a painful app to use as a NZ user. Everything is set up for Australian banking systems. Trying to set up a direct debit, I had to give up and email the facility instead. I’ve no idea why they pay to use this app and inflict it on their customers.
Spinning
Not reliable for booking a class. Very frustrating to have the booking block up then have to delete the app and reinstall. Of course no spots let. Many members are complaining. 1 star from me.
Bad and only gets worse
Is always extremely slow to load. At times it doesn’t load at all so I can’t use my pass. Judging by other reviews the app developers don’t care about improving it.
Poorly designed UX
How about some thought as to the most frequently used membership functions - like the quick links - and putting them in the centre of the app - not at the base? The access card is used EVERY visit - by most members - yet it has now moved to the bottom right corner of the screen - and on some phones- need to be scrolled to be found. Some common sense please.

No cancel or absent for classes in new update
New update pushed out and can no longer cancel or make someone absent from a class to access makeup. Terrible update

Problem with passwords
Every time I log in it tells me I have the wrong email or password even when I check it in my saved passwords. When I go to change my password it still tells me I have the password and or email are wrong and there NOT!!

Not responsive to reviews
What a terrible system. If a class books out you can no longer see it. No wait list option. App developers obviously don’t read the countless bad reviews. There are so many better options out there.
Works ok, needs some changes
Agree with the other person about still having full classes show. And also would be good if it told you if you have already booked into a class, without having to go back to the my schedule screen

500 error
I cannot log into the app when I try to change my password I get a 500 error
Not user friendly
As someone who likes to use the virtual sessions at the gym when there aren’t classes on; I find the fact that you can’t see a class once it’s booked out very annoying - as you keep having to double check the timetable. Every other fitness app I have used has a waitlist function and shows full classes- and I don’t understand why you wouldn’t have these options available.

Just wish we knew another update was created. I search everywhere to fix problem. Not even businesses using app knew what was happening
