Overthinking? Worry on a loop? WorryTree helps you write the worry down, check whether you can do anything about it, and then act on it or let it go. Formerly Luma: same app, same account, same tools. Named best CBT app by Marie Claire (2023). HOW IT WORKS • Write it down: get the worry out of your head and into words. • Run it through the worry tree: can you do something about this? • Yes: make a short plan and choose one step to start with. • No: let it go for now, with a walk, some music or a short sensory practice. • Look back: see which worries actually happened, and what helped before. ALSO IN WORRYTREE • Notice thinking traps: check a thought against 8 common thinking styles • Gratitude, acceptance and uncertainty journals • Short sensory practices for in-the-moment calm • Worry time reminders • Works across your devices BUILT ON CBT AND ACT The worry tree is a widely used technique from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). WorryTree also draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Many people use it alongside therapy, and many reviewers say a therapist or CBT course recommended it. About

Don't Worry

Worries feel huge in the moment. A few days later, most of them look very different. Don't Worry helps you see that for yourself. Write a worry down, give it a few days, then look back and answer one simple question: was it worth worrying about? Over time you build a clear picture of which worries really matter, and which ones fade away on their own. HOW IT WORKS • Write it down Capture what's on your mind in a few seconds, with as much or as little detail as you like. Getting a worry out of your head is the first step to managing it. • Think it through If it helps, rate how strong the worry feels, ask yourself whether you can do anything about it, and note what's most likely to happen. Every question is optional. • Give it time Choose when to look back: tomorrow, in three days, in a week, or on the day you'll know how it turned out. Turn on reminders and you'll get one gentle nudge a day, at most, at a time that suits you. • Check in along the way Feelings change. Before the look-back day, check in to rate how the worry feels now and add a note, then see how it has changed over time. • Look back Answer "Yes, it was" or "Not really", note what actually happened, and rate how strong the worry feels now. Already know how it went? Look back early. Not ready yet? Give it more time. • Watch worries shrink Insights show how much smaller your worries feel when you look back, how many were worth worrying about, and which areas of life come up most. View them by week, month, year or all time. ALWAYS TO HAND Write a worry down in one tap from a Home Screen widget, the Lock Screen, Control Center, the Action Button or Siri. Add the Your Worries widget to see what's on your mind and when each worry is ready to look back at. ORGANIZED YOUR WAY Sort each worry into categories across Personal Well-being, Work & Career, Relationships, Financial and Other, covering everything from health and sleep to deadlines, family and bills. Search your past reflections any time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your worries are personal. Everything stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud sync, and then it's encrypted so only you can read it. There's no account to create, and nothing you write is ever sent to us. Lock the app with Face ID, and reminders never show what you wrote unless you choose. Export everything as a PDF or spreadsheet whenever you like, for example to share with a therapist. A SIMPLE, FRIENDLY DESIGN Soft colors, a friendly mascot, and light and dark modes. In English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Malay, Slovak, Croatian, Slovenian, Catalan, Hindi, Bangla, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. Built for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo, with VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support. NEED MORE SUPPORT? Don't Worry is a self-reflection tool, not a replacement for professional help. If you're struggling or feel unsafe, please reach out to someone you trust or a support line. The app includes a link to find a helpline near you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
