Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: St. Paul at 5.0 against CorrLinks Text Chat's 1.6. St. Paul also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 16.0). CorrLinks Text Chat's advantage is ratings volume (252 vs 6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
