Horrible Service
The app has constant connection issues, does not receive all messages, there’s no customer support , and there’s no response when sending in a ticket for a issue I wish they would switch back to the old company this one sucks

If I could give 0 stars I would I logged out and now it won’t let me log back in stated I have to many devices on my account which is not true I have spent too much money not to be able to connect with my loved one, the support doesn’t work no phone number and redownloading the app doesn’t help don’t waste your money

They are stealing money by not sending messages to inmates as well as blocking some of the messages they send as well!! They are getting over on families every single day

Unable to send messages
I'm unable to messages to my loved ones. I have money on my account. I've updated the app but I'm having trouble.
Attestation
I’m starting to receive a pop-up notification stating an attestation is required. I’m not sure how to get that taken care of due to the fact I can’t get in contact with support to resolve my issue. I thought the message I sent on Monday 5/11/26 was delivered but I checked this morning and my Happy Birthday message never delivered and it doesn’t appear as if it never typed and sent.

I’m being cheated out of my money! Sending messages that are not being received and being charged and charged for video call as well and we can’t even use this bs app!!!!
Waste of money
This app is extremely expensive 14 dollars just to add 10 dollars. 30 cents a pic and 15 cents a message. MS n NY is way cheaper.

you will be charged for messages. It says it sent but the receiver never receives or it will say it won’t send and then it will repeat it and send it three times and charge you when you sent it once.
Not working properly
Pictures aren’t going through but you are charged for them messages take 20mins just to send back and forth

Oh boy!
The app has worked fine over the last two years but today there is an unexpected error message and messages are not going through. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and that same error won’t allow me to login. Geesh!
Constant Error
For me it continues to give me errors or not send my messages I get a red banner that keeps saying there is no connection or there is a network error and know it’s not my phone as I have perfect service for everything except this app.. but I can text regular and in other apps and it’s just fine. Most of the time lately it just continues to think and never load.

App breaks
This is down all the time. Messages supposed to come immediately will get lost and come randomly weeks later. Messages over expensive. But what choice do you have

Everything about this app is TRASH. I get delayed messages or no messages at all and they still take my money. I constantly have connection issues. Now I can’t even log back into the app after uninstalling and reinstalling. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give it a ZERO STARS I would!
Connection issues
Yall need to fix this people don’t put money on her for a reason just to get kick off & have problems, if I spend money on her everyday I should have good service with no problems!! Everytime I get on her it’s something wrong with the connection I don’t understand, I’m trying to find a way to reach out to someone you can’t even do that it’s no help !
