Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CREATE HOME at 3.3 against Bloomest's 1.0. CREATE HOME also leads on ratings volume (40 vs 1) and review sentiment (26% vs 13%). Bloomest's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
CREATE HOME holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CREATE HOME has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of Bloomest's written reviews are positive against 26% of CREATE HOME's.
Bloomest ships an update every 2 months, CREATE HOME every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
