Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RAM Assistant at 3.0 against ONCF Voyages's 2.4. RAM Assistant also leads on device support (3 vs 1). ONCF Voyages's advantage is ratings volume (214 vs 11). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RAM Assistant holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ONCF Voyages has 214 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of RAM Assistant's written reviews are positive against 19% of ONCF Voyages's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
RAM Assistant ships an update every 2 months, ONCF Voyages every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
