The clearest difference is rating: Viral Cinematics at 5.0 against Manychat's 4.3. Viral Cinematics also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4). Manychat's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 1) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
