We need to be able to use this for TikTok comments ! It only works for DMs and that is not enough. Love Manychat but we are missing the last integration

Contact limit reached
I received a notification that my Contacts limit was reached and that no more automations were going to happen. What does automations have to do with contacts? I don’t need contacts. I only want the automations. That’s the reason I gave it a one star currently have the trial version. I don’t think I will be purchasing anything.

DMs
This app sucks. I did the automatic dm when ever someone comments on a specific reel. And now anytime someone tries to message me about an item on Instagram. The many chat ai bot responds for me. And I can get rid of it🤦🏽♂️. Don’t use it
Stops working
If your post does well it’ll stop working unless you upgrade. Then if you upgrade it won’t “catch up” all the comments it missed. I’ve wasted HOURS commenting when I could have just sent people to my stories for zero effort. Not worth it for normal influencers doing affiliate marketing.
Issues with making automations
I have been stuck trying to make an automation for my comments and it keeps saying something went wrong. It literally WILL NOT let me make it, I’ve been trying for 25 minutes!!!!
Not great for beginners
I chose the trial to really navigate and understand, your mobile doesn’t equate to your computer version by any means but there’s no guide or information on how to set up your flow. It’s confusing overall for someone simply trying to set up DM reply’s. Troubleshooting isn’t all to helpful for when you’ve hit a block the instructions it’ll send you in circles. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this app to other business owners, it’s a very lengthy process and confusing.

Feedback failure
The idea is absolutely wonderful and when it works, it’s absolutely great but the failure is it lets you create automations that are never going to work because you don’t have a subscription with them, but there’s literally nothing that ever tells you that there’s no banner there’s no red text. There’s no notification box that shows up. It will let you continue to create live automations that will never work and that’s ridiculous. You should not be able to create anything if it’s not going to work.
