I made an automation but it didn’t worked it is showing automation is live but 0 messages is shown and the automation stopped working pathetic experience

Insta Account Restrictions
Don’t use this app as it will make your Instagram account and TikTok account get restricted as the new AI system. Boss will think you’re also AI and I trying to scam people and it will restrict your account. Accounts it won’t be able to follow people. You won’t be able to message and then obviously that comes with your social media posts not being reached out to a big audience it’s a nightmare. Just avoid it. Please don’t avoid especially if you have a business account.

Buggy and Could Use Improvement Overall
This is app is cool, but it’s very buggy on the phone version. And the filters for sorting messages could be better in general. The mobile version glitches entirely too much. I’ll be typing and in the middle of my typing the app freezes. It makes working so much more stressful. And the apps usability could be better as well. The laptop version is fine, but even then the interface is not user friendly. Everything needs a redo ngl…

I’ve given a two because the tech works but the format is too recognisable as AI, as automated as anything but genuine, authentic contact. Even if the words are genuine, authentic and honest. So it largely gets ignored

No business option for mobile
I have had a lot of interaction on my pages and quickly hit my contact limit for pro. I’m invited to upgrade to business but there is no option on the plans section

Todo iba bien hasta que me limitaron los contactos a los que podía enviar mensaje automatizado, quise comprar más contactos pero tienes que meter una solicitud rogando para que te lo aprueben y encima te dicen que se van a tardar en ver tu solicitud.
I’d like to specifically pull unanswered messages to the top
I’ll definitely give a 5 if there’s a way I can find all my unanswered messages or if I could have a reminder to follow up with leads like how my Gmail reminds me to follow up with unanswered emails otherwise a super helpful app that I am not ising to its full capacity but what I’ve tried sofar is nice!

It hasn’t helped make my business any easier or better.
I have followed the instructions and set up a few automations in the last month, and I can’t say it’s helped make my business any faster or better. It has created more frustration than I was actually hoping and excited about this app but it has not stood up to the hype it offers.

A cobrança é feita por contatos, então paguei por 500 contatos e fiz 15 a 20 novos contatos usando o programa, mas de um dia pro outro ele baixa todos os contatos da sua rede social e começa a cobrar, em 2 semanas eu pagava por 700 contatos, inclusive da minha família e irmãos… reclamei 2x e mantiveram a cobrança.

No real help
I just started my free trial. It’s not bad but it would be so helpful if there was a chat feature to ask questions. I missed several leads because I formatted something incorrectly and had to figure out for myself what I had done wrong
