Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ICP PG at 5.0 against OMO Lavanderia's 3.1. ICP PG also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). OMO Lavanderia's advantage is ratings volume (155 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
