PILL REMINDERS AND PACK PROGRESS Set local reminders, log taken or missed doses, and review active pills, placebo pills and break days. Track common 21/7 and 24/4 routines, plus the extended and continuous plans available in the app. Record the plan agreed with your clinician or pharmacist; do not change medication based on the app. MISSED DOSES AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES Keep notes about missed doses, vomiting, diarrhea and other circumstances that may affect pill use. General reference information helps you review your records. Instructions vary by pill and individual circumstances. MediMate cannot confirm contraceptive protection or replace your pill's patient information leaflet or professional advice. CYCLE, BLEEDING AND BODY SIGNALS Record periods, withdrawal bleeding, breakthrough bleeding and spotting. Review calendar entries and trends alongside symptoms such as headaches, nausea or mood changes. These views describe your records; they do not identify the cause of symptoms.
