A new version of the kumo cloud app called Comfort app is available in the App store. This version of the kumo cloud app is available just to support the existing old PAC-WHS01WF-E adapters as they do not work with the new Comfort app. There’s a campaign already launched to help upgrade the PAC-WHS01WF-E adapters to the new hardware and the consumers have been contacted through email. Please upgrade the adapters to the PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 as soon as possible as the kumo cloud app will be decommissioned soon.
