Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Premier Smart at 4.7 against Key Genius's 2.5. Premier Smart also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (4.7K vs 63). Key Genius's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
