Better rhythm starts with a tap. Start with a 15-second Rhythm Challenge. Metronoamee makes rhythm practice as simple as tapping an on-screen pad. Follow the metronome, see your timing in scores and charts, and try again. No instrument needed for tap practice. You can also train with your instrument through an audio interface or capture your playing with a microphone. TAP, LISTEN, AND FIND YOUR TIMING Select Tap Input and tap the pad with the click. See whether you are early or late as you practice. Adjust the tempo and beat subdivisions to find a rhythm that suits you. TAKE A RHYTHM CHALLENGE Choose 15, 30, 60, 120, 300, or 600 seconds. A one-bar count-in with clicks and numbers helps you get ready. Practice continues through the end of the bar that reaches your chosen duration. See your score out of 100, a grade, and missed-tap counts, then choose Try again. SEE THE PATTERNS BEHIND YOUR SCORE Timing histograms show whether your taps tend to land early or late, and how consistent they are. Repeat the same tempo and rhythm to compare your results. REVIEW AND SHARE YOUR PROGRESS Filter challenge history and score trends by duration, input mode, and period. Share a result or trend chart as an image with a #metronoamee caption. PRACTICE WHEN TO LET GO A tone plays while you hold the pad and stops when you release it. Enable release scoring to practice both pressing and lifting your finger, with separate scores for each. Release scoring is off by default. Set tap volume from 0 to 100, including silent practice at 0. CONNECT YOUR INSTRUMENT AND CHECK YOUR TIMING Connect your instrument through a compatible audio interface and switch to Audio Input to see your waveform, timing, and score. You can also capture your playing with a microphone. Take a Rhythm Challenge with your instrument, then review your results and timing histograms. Use the camera preview to watch your technique, or save a screen recording to your photo library and review it later. Automatic latency compensation adjusts to your audio setup. START FOR FREE Free use includes regular playback for up to 60 seconds per run and 15-, 30-, and 60-second Rhythm Challenges. Free history is kept only during the current app session and is cleared when the app closes. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unrestricted regular playback, 120-, 300-, and 600-second challenges, and history saved on this device between app launches. Previous purchases can be restored.
