CINC Manager is a fully integrated application that works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, & ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, you are able to view, track, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. The CINC Manager is an all-in-one app that eliminates the need for you to take along printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens. Since the data access is real-time, you do not need to type this information in later or upload it after you return to the office. All the information you need to make decisions are available to you on-site with CINC Manager. Existing Features: • View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data. • Email communication directly within the app for Board/homeowner/vendor correspondence to provide better visibility and eliminate phone calls. • Attach photos using your device camera or photo library to new or existing Violations and Work Orders. These photos can then be added to your violation letters or emailed to vendors for work orders to eliminate confusion and provide a better understanding of the service problem. • Escalate a Violation to the next level or close any Violations that have been resolved. • Close Work Orders that have been completed. • Access closed Violations and Work Orders as well as view the status of any ACC requests that help you make more informed decisions during your inspections. • Re-open closed Violations and continue the process where you left off.
