At CommonSpirit Health – Mountain Region, we're building healthy communities across Colorado, Kansas and Utah by advancing health equity and innovating how and where healing can happen. With the CommonSpirit - CO/KS/UT app, patients and family members can access our patient portal on an iOS device. The app allows patients to: - View test results, health summaries and when preventive care procedures are due - Send and receive messages with a provider - Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments - View visit summaries for past appointments - Request and pay for medication refills - View billing statements and pay balances due - Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account Visit mountain.commonspirit.org to find a doctor, locate a hospital, care site or clinic, or for more information about our specialties and our integrated network of care providers.
