Poor App
This app is awful. I have precisely saved my user and password to ensure I have it correct. Yet, every single time I attempt to login, I get an invalid alert and cannot proceed. It doesn’t recognize my information. However, when I call in to have a reset sent to me.. all the info is correct. Yet the next time I go to log in.. it doesn’t work. After I have confirmed all my info and passwords are correct. Incredibly frustrating!

The doctors that wished they were doctors
Keller office the pain management office , have a spinal injury, apparently after two year it the same , nobody will fix you on medicade so don’t even try , they don’t call you back they don’t make appointments they are close to having a law suit filed against them, The surgeon to the pain management is weak, only person that was good at there job in the whole process was the mei tech amazing guy he can see I was in pain, nobody has did anything to help .This is the gods honest truth. Fort Morgan hospital need a new leader . They just are not getting it done two year slipped disc pinch nerve 🤷♂️

Love this hospital
Every single time I have to come to the ER department here whether it be me or a friend or family member we are treated with dignity, kindness, and swiftly. There is no comparison to our "other" hospital. These genuine people care about my pain and my time. I/We are always in and out in a timely manner and leave feeling like we weren't a burden to anyone. Best hospital and staff ever!

Common Spirit is the most compassionate group of healthcare providers I have ever seen. They are not only knowledgeable but they take the time to ensure you understand everything about your care. They do this in the most caring and understanding way. I appreciate everything they do.
Hard to make a future appt
The app does not allow you to choose a calendar day. So frustrating!!!!
Not sure whats changed
Ive called 3 times to schedule a diagnostic mammogram still havnt had it scheduled its one excuse after another also they changed my sleep study co pay from $35.00 to $325.00 at the last minute
Feeling helpless
I went to the emergency room because I’m experiencing severe sciatic nerve damage in my right leg traveling down to my knee. I’ve lost feeling in my toes and now experiencing discoloration. The Hospital gave me a steroid and told me to follow up with Dr. Bogner. I have to work during this timeframe. I attempted to get off work and arrive for my appointment. Only needing to get a referral for an MRI. I was two minutes past my 10 minute cancellation window and they canceled me so now I have no idea when I can get back in again. And I don’t know what to do. This has been a terrible experience and I am doing the best I can but getting in to see this doctor seems completely inconvenient. Or too far out.

Unable to use this patient portal to schedule an appointment with anyone but my primary care provide
I have tried to schedule an appointment with Connie Cummins but only Dr. Winfield’s name appears for me to interact with!

No support
There is no option for tech support. It’s impossible to reach these people. I’ve tried calling but I’m on hold and nobody ever picks up. There’s no email option on the actual portal website either. There is zero support. It seems like this is done on purpose. Every single app has a support area to email questions except this one. I’ve changed my phone number in the system and it still keeps sending the verification to the old phone number. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone.

I use the portal quite often. I wish the doctors officers were referred to it more often and not request additional paperwork. One recommendation I would give is that when an email is sent automated I’m sure that it says there is new information available on the portal and you click on that link it does not take you to that information. I’ve had two emails that says there are new test results just today from a recent visit and when I’ve clicked on those links which were a couple hours apart, there were no new test results. I’m assuming someone must be adjusting records or so forth, but it shouldn’t send me a message in case but anyhow that’s my suggestion and if an organization says, please check pre-check in on the portal and then you ask me for that paperwork again when I get to your office, I refuse to fill it out. I’m not gonna do it twice. Hope that help

Great to be able to see it all
Whether it be prescriptions appointments or messages, the outcomes of test this has been absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciate being able to see everything even before I’m told about it most of the time to refill prescriptions to know when something’s ready to pick up to be able to communicate in such a simple and efficient way.

Nice App for your health medical services
This app provides communication between you and your medical providers, it keeps tracks of your medications, test results, appointments. It also links with other medical professionals. I wish MRI scan results were available, I only seeing Xray.

Would be nice to be able to set an appointment with my endocrinologist in Colorado Springs. Doesn’t even show a location there.
Apple Pay not working
The old app had Apple Pay but the new app says it has Apple Pay but it’s not worked yet!! Please fix this issue I have tried it every month.

Keeps telling me to update and no updates available. Can’t log on.
