（1）客户通过APP发起报修、保养需求，座席人员接受到需求后，建立工单并派工至代理公司，代理服务部长对服务人员进行派工；服务人员出发进行维修、保养服务，并填写服务报告，服务完工后，客户可以对本次服务进行评价，对未进行评价的客户提醒座席人员进行回访。 （2）客户提交维修需求后，向公司领导、质量管理人员、产品经理、销售人员、服务人员发出质量预警，质量管理人员对质量问题划分责任，线下发起改善流程。 （3）客户通过APP在线交流或离线留言向产品经理提交产品改进建议，产品经理确定是否采纳建议，不采纳的建议回复客户理由，采纳的建议发起设计改善。
