Leptin turns a health programme into a plan you can follow every day: when to eat, what to eat and how to move. Choose a programme designed by experts, enrol in a few taps, and each day's plan appears on your Home screen. Your programme fits around your sleep and your schedule. It suggests changes but never forces them, and everything goes back to how it was when the programme ends. Leptin is not a calorie counter. What matters is the pattern you build over weeks, not a single meal. Together, those patterns shape your metabolic health: the foundation of your weight, your energy and how you feel through the day. PROGRAMMES Structured plans for eating, fasting and movement, with reminders at the right moment and progress you can see. FAST A timer built around metabolic phases rather than a plain countdown, so you always know where you are in your fast and when your eating window opens. A Live Activity keeps it on your lock screen. EAT Guidance when it counts. Eating out? Scan the menu. At home? Get a suggestion that fits your plan. Log a meal in seconds by photo, voice or search, and Leptin identifies the foods and their nutrients. MOVE Guided workouts with an audio coach that calls out each step and keeps going while your phone is locked, interval walks, and free logging for everything else. Suggestions take into account how long you have been fasting. COACH An AI coach you can ask anything, by voice or text, that knows your programme, your fasting state and your history. INSIGHTS Streaks, history and progress over time. Apple Health sync keeps your workouts and activity in step with the rest of your health data. Leptin works offline. Everything you log is saved on your phone and syncs when you are back online. Leptin is a wellness and lifestyle app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. The in-app AI coach is an assistant, not a clinician, and its guidance should never be relied on for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting, nutrition, or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or living with a medical condition such as diabetes, heart disease, low blood pressure, or a history of disordered eating. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel faint, disoriented, unusually short of breath, experience chest pain, or feel unwell in any way. Core fasting tracking, timers and insights are free. SUBSCRIPTIONS Leptin offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (subscription group "Leptin Plans") that unlock the AI coach with a monthly credit allowance, plus expanded access to guided programmes: - Basic: $9.99/month or $99.99/year - Premium: $19.99/month or $199.99/year - Unlimited: $49.99/month or $499.99/year Prices are in US dollars.
