Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Faveo Helpdesk at 100% against UniFi Verify's 34%. Faveo Helpdesk also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). UniFi Verify's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (11K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
UniFi Verify holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UniFi Verify has 11K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Faveo Helpdesk's written reviews are positive against 34% of UniFi Verify's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Faveo Helpdesk ships an update every 4 months, UniFi Verify every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
