Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Belirams at 5.0 against Modern Bazaar's 4.1. Belirams also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 9 days). Modern Bazaar's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
