Pass the Notebook is a shared notebook for your people — your family, your book club, your oldest friends. Anyone in the notebook can add an entry whenever they like, and everyone reads along. WRITE TOGETHER • Write on a page, then add photos, stickers and captions anywhere on it • Start your writing anywhere on the page, and it flows around your photos and stickers • Take photos in the app, crop and frame them, and wrap your writing around them • Tap any photo to view it full screen and zoom in • Add handwritten notes and sketches • Choose from illustrated sticker collections, with more to download • Reply to an earlier entry with a quote so the conversation is easy to follow • Ping someone when an entry is meant for them • Start a poll and watch the votes come in • Export a notebook as a PDF • Make friends Managers to help run a big group A BOOKSHELF OF NOTEBOOKS Give each notebook a cover. Choose one of twelve illustrated designs, like marbled paper, botanical linocut or a retro travel poster, or use your own photo. A PROMPT EVERY MORNING Each notebook gets a question at the same time every day for the whole group — something small to write about when you don't know where to start. The owner or a manager picks the time, or turns it off. KEEP THE STREAK See how many days in a row your group has written, and celebrate the milestones together. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There's no account to create and no server of ours in the middle. Notebooks sync through your own iCloud account and are shared with the people you invite using Apple's iCloud sharing. We can't read them. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. SAFE FOR YOUR GROUP Notebooks are invite-only. Report an entry, block someone, or leave a notebook at any time. Owners and managers can remove entries, and owners can remove members. WORKS ON IPHONE, IPAD AND IPHONE DUO Notebook View lays your entries out on paper pages that turn like a real notebook: two facing pages on iPad and an unfolded iPhone Duo, with the spiral on the fold. On iPad, the notebook list, the thread and the composer sit side by side. Home Screen widgets show new activity, open polls and your streak. FREE AND PRO Free: create as many private notebooks as you like, share one notebook with one other person, and join every notebook you're invited to — with no limits on writing. Pro expands sharing. It's a one-time purchase — not a subscription — and is shared with your Family Sharing group: • Create multiple shared notebooks • Invite up to 25 people to each (sharing uses iCloud and is subject to its limits) • Write your own daily prompts Pass the Notebook needs an iCloud account to sync and share notebooks.
